Within Crawford County, there are countless underprivileged youth, and Acutec doesn’t want those children and families to have the stress of purchasing school supplies and basic hygiene products for the upcoming school year. This back-to-school season, Acutec Precision Aerospace is partnering with WiNs (Weekend Nutrition for Students) to host a Back-to-School Drive both within Acutec and the Meadville community. We will be collecting both school supplies and basic hygiene products through August 25th, with backpacks filled with supplies being delivered the first week of school to local students. Currently, Acutec is aiming to have enough supplies to fill 100 backpacks by the end of the drive. Camila Gomez, an account manager at Acutec and one of the project coordinators is excited to partner with WiNS,
“This project was born of Acutec’s desire to support local families and to empower children and young people with the simple tools needed to learn, play, and grow this school year. We’re very excited to be partnering with WiNS to bring confidence and joy to children in our community.”
