With three manufacturing locations, Acutec Precision Aerospace, Inc. is ideally situated to handle customer JIT programs and complete product requirements. All Acutec facilities are AS9100D certified and feature an open architecture manufacturing floor, allowing for easy equipment movement and manufacturing cell arrangements.

Saegertown, PA

Built in 1996 and expanded 4 times since, it is climate-controlled, has 80,000 square feet and includes over 60 CNC large and multi-axis turning and milling centers, as well as 3D printing, engineering and in-house tooling design and production. Just south of Erie, this facility is located directly off Interstate 79 and within 4 hours of New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan manufacturing areas. Conveniently positioned just 5 miles from the Meadville Facility, its production is seamlessly integrated and always evolving.Ā 

Meadville, PA

Initially renovated in 2007, this climate-controlled 300,000 square feet facility has undergone continued expansion. Acutec added 40,000 square feet in 2013, 80,000 square feet in 2014, 10,000 square feet in 2015, and 88,000 square feet in 2018. This flagship facility contains over 200 primary production work centers including dedicated cellular manufacturing, automation, and simple to complex component machining. This facility also houses Acutecs post processing division consisting of Electric Discharge Machining (EDM), ID/OD and Surface Grinding, Precision Honing, Non-Destructive Testing (Magnetic Particle Inspection and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection), Welding (Manual and Automated), Assembly and Testing, Paint (Fluid and Powder), and Chemical Processing (Passivation and Chemical Conversion Coating).

St. Stephen, SC

Built in 2001, this facility contains 24,000 square feet and is fully climate-controlled, with 17 CNC turning centers, 3 CNC vertical machining centers, 3 CNC horizontal machining centers, 2 CNC 5th axis centers as well as starting to install robotics to shift our focus to WorldClass Manufacturing. Combined with state-of-the-art ERP, 1Factory quality system, and advanced Lean culture and implementation tools, we are on the cutting edge of what technology has to offer today. We are continuously growing to shift our focus from traditional machining to robust processes that allow for maximizing equipment utilization. Just off Highway 52 outside of Charleston, this facility has easy interstate highway access to the North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida manufacturing areas.
