Saegertown

Built in 1996 and expanded 4 times since, it is climate-controlled, has 80,000 square feet and includes over 60 CNC large and multi-axis turning and milling centers, as well as 3D printing and engineering. Just south of Erie, this facility is located directly off of I-79 and within 4 hours by interstate of New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Michigan manufacturing areas. Conveniently positioned just 5 miles from the Meadville Facility, its production is seamlessly integrated.

Meadville, PA

Initially renovated in 2007, this climate-controlled 210,000 square foot facility has undergone continued expansion. Acutec added 40,000 square feet in 2013, 80,000 square feet in 2014 and another 10,000 square feet in 2015. It houses all of Acutec North’s small turning, EDM, grind, cellular manufacturing, metal joining, assembly and test and post processing including NDT testing, chemical processing and paint.

This facility, just south of Erie, is directly off an I-79 exit and within 4 hours by interstate of New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Michigan manufacturing areas. Just 10 minutes from the Meadville Facility, its production is seamlessly integrated.

St. Stephen, SC

Built in 2001, it is 18,000 square feet, climate controlled, with 17 CNC turning centers, 4 CNC vertical machining centers, 2 CNC 5th axis centers, and a precision TIG welding cell including an automated circumferential TIG. In 2011, the St. Stephen facility acquired another 9,500 square foot area to expand their machining operations. Just off highway 52 outside of Charleston, this facility has easy interstate highway access to the North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida manufacturing areas.
