With three manufacturing locations, Acutec is ideally situated to handle customer JIT programs and complete product requirements. All Acutec facilities are AS9100C certified.

All facilities feature an open architecture manufacturing floor, allowing for easy equipment movement and manufacturing cell arrangements.

Acutec’s facility in Saegertown, Pennsylvania was built in 1996 and expanded 4 times since. It is climate controlled, has 68,000 square feet and includes over 60 CNC large and multi-axis turning, milling, grinding, EDM, NDT inspection, passivation and light assembly. This facility, just south of Erie, is directly off an I-79 exit and within 4 hours by interstate of New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Michigan manufacturing areas.
Acutec’s facility in Meadville, Pennsylvania is 80,000 square feet and was renovated in January 2007.
